What We Do:
STL FIG is a collection of women who meet each month to discuss, and possibly invest in, female-led start ups. FIG’s mission is to build bridges between female investors and female-led start-ups in an engaging environment. This community of connections and investments impact the entrepreneurial landscape by growing goods and services that speak to the female community.
We strive to enhance the knowledge of our members through a dedicated consistent approach to investment learning by meeting monthly. Each meeting starts with introductions of members followed by a 30 minute education corner focusing on various angel investing topics through literature review or speakers. This is followed by two presentations of female-led companies. The presentations will last 15 minutes with a questions and answer to follow. Each pitch is an opportunity to learn about new goods and services, new business frameworks and new financial structures.
Currently we do not have a membership fee.
Although members are not required to sign an NDA (Nondisclosure Agreement) all information presented and discussed is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
Who We Are
We are Angels - each of us has something to learn and something to give. Through our participation in STL FIG we have built a community of intellectually curious women who support female founders with our investment dollars, business connections and professional support.
Aligned in our goal to engage in emerging companies we meet monthly to hear female founders pitch in a environment that is receptive and aware. This commitment to equality allows for the development of deep connections between members and founders of diverse backgrounds.

What we are looking for in an entrepreneur:
We are seeking an entrepreneur that is revenue producing, with realistic and viable projections of future demand of their service/and or product that holds a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Interested to hear from those that address a female need or fills a void to help women enhance their health and/or well being.

Angel Investors have to be accredited to participate as an investor. However, we also welcome those who are eager to learn and are interested in extending their expertise, knowledge, experience and network to fellow members.
